Return Process

  Place the item in its original Janai presentation box and ensure it is securely packed in a shipping carton with all original certificates.

  Shipping & Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all returns are fully insured during transit.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
